Revising the Juvenile Law

In last week, the bill to revise the Juvenile Law was adopted at ruling bloc lawmakers. It will be adopted at the House of Representatives. In the contents of it, to make the power of police stronger and to change the age to be able to send to reformatory are in the plan. If the bill will be adopted, police can investigate forcibly for children and 12 years children can be sent to reformatory. The juvenile delinquency is increasing and serious recently. Those are the reasons of this time’s revising. However some people worry about to make the power of police stronger lead to abuse their official authority.
